Back to school with the following…

Frost is the coating or deposit of ice that may form in humid air in cold conditions, usually overnight.

Mist is a phenomenon caused by small droplets of water suspended in air. Physically it is one instance of a dispersion.

An ocean (from Ancient Greek Ὠκεανός, transc. Okeanós, the sea of classical antiquity) is a body of saline water that composes much of a planet’s hydrosphere.

Noon (also midday or noon time) is usually defined as 12 o’clock in the daytime. The term midday is also used colloquially to refer to an arbitrary period of time in the middle of the day.
