Some learning, selected for this occasion 🙂
A fairy (also fay, fae, fair folk; from faery, faerie, “realm of the fays”) is a type of mythical being or legendary creature in European folklore, a form of spirit, often described as metaphysical, supernatural, or preternatural.
A cove is a small type of bay or coastal inlet. Coves usually have narrow, restricted entrances, are often circular or oval, and are often situated within a larger bay.
A promontory is a raised mass of land, declined abruptly from only one side. It can overlook water (in which case it can be called a peninsula) or land.
