It eventually makes sense to note that…

The Tatra Mountains, Tatras or Tatra (Tatry either in Polish (pronounced [ˈtatrɨ]) and in Slovak (pronounced [ˈtatri]) – plurale tantum), are a mountain range that form a natural border between Slovakia and Poland.

A mountain is a large landform that stretches above the surrounding land in a limited area, usually in the form of a peak.

Zakopane (pronounced [zakɔˈpanɛ]) is a town in the extreme south of Poland. It lies in the southern part of the Podhale region at the foot of the Tatra Mountains.

Poland (Polish: Polska [ˈpɔlska]), officially the Republic of Poland (Polish: Rzeczpospolita Polska, listen ), is a country in Central Europe, bordered by Germany to the west; the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the south; Ukraine and Belarus to the east; and the Baltic Sea, Kaliningrad Oblast (a Russian exclave) and Lithuania to the north.
