Couchsachraga Peak is a mountain located in Essex County, New York. “Couchsachraga” is based on an Algonquin or Huron name for the area, meaning “dismal wilderness”.

The Adirondack Mountains /ædɨˈrɒndæk/ form a massif in the northeast of Upstate New York in the United States.

The spotted turtle (Clemmys guttata), the only extant species of Clemmys, is a small, semi-aquatic turtle that reaches a carapace length of 8–12 cm (3.1–4.7 in) upon adulthood.
