Back to school with the following…

Greenland (Greenlandic: Kalaallit Nunaat [kaˈlaːɬit ˈnunaːt]; Danish: Grønland [ˈɡ̊ʁɶnˌlanˀ]) is an autonomous country within the Kingdom of Denmark, located between the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans, east of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago.

The Ameralik Span is the longest span of an electrical overhead power line in the world. It is situated near Nuuk on Greenland and crosses Ameralik fjord with a span width of 5,376 metres at 64°6′18″N 51°14′16″W.

Geologically, a fjord or fiord (English pronunciation: /ˈfjɔrd/ or /fiˈɔrd/) is a long, narrow inlet with steep sides or cliffs, created by glacial erosion.

Nuuk (Greenlandic pronunciation: [nuːk]; Danish: Godthåb) is the capital and largest city of Greenland.
